Face-Off Techniques: Mastering a variety of advanced face-off techniques, such as the clamp-and-pop, rake, and quick pull. Designed to outmaneuver opponents and gain possession right from the whistle. These techniques are practiced through live partner drills, simulating the strategies of different opponents to build adaptability and anticipation.
Reaction Time and Speed: Sharpening the ability to react instantly to the whistle, with specialized drills focused on improving hand speed, precision, and the ability to gain control of the ball within milliseconds, ensuring a dominant start to every play.
